J.M. Haefner holds degrees in Graphic Design and Photography, and a MFA in Interactive Forms; MS Haefner has taught in these areas, and worked professionally as a Web Designer and Online Course Developer.

Currently, she is developing various Web presence at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and spearheading a campus wide e-portfolio initiative for a Title III grant.

She will be serving as Chair of the Minneapolis-Saint Paul ACM SIGGRAPH Professional Chapter beginning August 1, and will be presenting at the Annual Conference on Distance Learning and Teaching in Madison, WI this year.
